Heavenly place to stay. View, food, service, everything top class. A few people were creating nuisance and hampering peace, but owner handled them well. Highly recommend this property if visiting Tapola, as the properties near the lake have lost their charm due to construction work.

We stayed at Green Valley resort in our recent trip to Tapola. Place is serene and well maintained. Food was good, they customized it as per our needs. Owner and the staff were polite and welcoming. We had a good time at this place. Highly recommend!

Breathe taking view from resort is top of the world. You don’t need to go to any point of Mahabaleshwar, as the view from resort is too good. Rooms are very cleaned and the service boy Navnath is too good, he is running all day to fulfill your needs. Owner is also good and he cooks well, owners wife cooking is too good like homely food, we had veg food and all curry’s are too much good with hot chapatis, I am 100% sure, you won’t miss the home food. I am recommending 100% this resort for peaceful place with beautiful view and too good food.

It's a beautiful place for relaxing and chilling with family. A very sweet and friendly family manages the resort. They arranged a bonfire for us. Beautiful experience! Highly recommend.

The architecture and design of the resort seamlessly blend with the natural surroundings, giving it a rustic yet comfortable feel. Accommodation: The cottages are spacious and designed with a rustic, earthy charm, while still offering all modern amenities. My room had a balcony that overlooked the lake—a perfect spot for early morning coffee or watching the sunset. The interiors were clean and simple, with wooden furnishings adding to the eco-friendly vibe. The staff had ensured the rooms were spotless, and the bed was quite comfortable. Food: The resort offers a great selection of local Maharashtrian cuisine, along with some North Indian dishes. The food is prepared fresh, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite. Activities: One of the highlights of the near resort is its access to water-based activities on the near by lake. We tried boating, which were relaxing and fun experiences. For those who enjoy trekking, which provide breathtaking views of the Sahyadri mountain range. Service: The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. They catered to every request with a smile and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they were more than happy to help us with local sightseeing recommendations. Final Verdict: GVAT resort in Tapola is an ideal retreat for nature lovers and those looking for a peaceful, off-the-grid vacation. With its serene surroundings, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and an array of activities, it’s a great place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or even solo travelers looking for a tranquil escape. A few minor areas of improvement could be better Wi-Fi connectivity (though, to be fair, the disconnect from the digital world was quite refreshing!) and some more recreational options for children.
